The company was founded in 2001 as a joint venture to amalgamate the experience of it's two directors.

We have since built many new-build properties including large, three storey detached houses and lately a block of ten apartments. We have also undertaken the refurbishment of two large Victorian semi-detached houses. We have completed builds using timber frame and conventional brick and block construction and believe our attention to detail is second to none. Delta is VAT registered and is able to reclaim the VAT on the building costs of any new build domestic project.

NICEIC Domestic Electrical Installer.

A Federation of Masterbuilder and FMB Masterbond registered builder.

We are willing and capable to consider projects up to £1.5 million build cost and by way of the NHBC for new-build or FMB Masterbond for refurbishments and extensions, we are able to offer an insurance backed 10 year warranty on all construction work.
